Biography:
Mr. Weaver has over 28 years of experience in the capital markets. Mr. Weaver began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds where he managed over $100 million in assets for individual, corporate and pension accounts.

He later moved to a middle market investment bank subsequently acquired by Chemical Bank as a business analyst, working with business owners to develop value building strategies designed to optimize valuations in preparation for a sale of the company.

In 1991 Mr. Weaver co-founded the investment banking firm of Markwood Capital Alliance. Markwood specialized in providing investment banking services to private small to middle market high technology companies. Over a 15 year period the firm closed over 58 transactions for small to mid-sized private companies. Transactions ranged from $500,000 to $25 million and included strategic licensing and distribution agreements, sell side transactions, acquisition search, debt restructure and debt and equity growth capital raises.

In 2006 he joined CRESO Capital Partners. While at CRESO, Mr. Weaver focused on equity, leveraged buyouts and growth capital transactions ranging from $3 million to over $100 million in size. The transaction mix had a strong emphasis on acquisition funding and debt restructure utilizing capital from a multitude of institutional sources including venture capital, private equity, mezzanine, hedge funds, banks, asset based lenders and corporate strategic capital.

In 2009 Mr. Weaver formed the investment banking division of Culver Capital where he established the FINRA required Broker Dealer licensing, recruited additional investment banking professionals and oversaw the firms M&A activities. While at Culver, Mr. Weaver closed a number of transactions including asset based debt and mezzanine subordinated debt transactions for private middle market companies.
