Biography:
After over 25 years of diversified national and international business,
legal and transactional experience on both coasts, Diane formally
associated with Global Capital Markets, Incorporated in 1995.
Diane
has been involved in a variety of merger and acquisition as well
as multimillion-dollar financing transactions - several in international
markets. Her areas of expertise span a variety of industries, including,
most notably the construction, environmental, defense and telecommunications
industries. Diane melds the practical aspects of day-to-day business
with the complications of legal and transactional processes to simplify
merger and acquisition transactions for middle market business owners
and entrepreneurs.
Among
other professional activities, Diane has worked as both a lobbyist
and litigator in Washington, D.C. and served as General Counsel
of the Automobile Importers of America. In addition she has been
affiliated with the national law firm Lord, Bissell and Brook and
been a partner with two highly regarded Los Angeles litigation and
transactional boutique law firms.
She
has been active in the community in several capacities, including
trade and industry associations and civic and charitable organizations.
A
graduate of George Washington University in political science with
extensive MBA coursework in finance and marketing, she is also the
recipient of a JD degree from the Washington College of Law at American
University. Diane has been a frequent guest lecturer on political
and organizational matters. Additionally, for a period of over four
years Diane hosted a television program on women's and public policy
issues in the greater Los Angeles area. |
