George Logan brings to Global Capital a rich background in financial services. He is a highly regarded professional with over 27 years experience in the Financial Services Industry through Smith Barney, Dean Witter, Prudential Securities and Cruttenden Roth. He has provided M & A services for companies in the manufacturing, services, medical, and technology industries. He is expert at raising capital for growth and recapitalization opportunities in both the private and public markets. He has completed numerous multi-national corporate divestiture and acquisition transactions.
George received his Bachelors degree in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and his CFP from The College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He is an NASD licensed registered representative and holds a California real estate license. George is a private pilot and has a passion for mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, and coaching youth sports. He lives with his wife Debbie and their 4 children in Newport Beach, CA.
