Biography:
Grant is active in investment banking activities in China including transaction sourcing, negotiation, due diligences and contracting. He has successfully managed the China internet acquisitions of MOUs by Keyland of Ireland with ZDRC (on-line recruitment website in Wenzhou Zhejiang province). The potential transaction valuation with earn-out was over U.S. $10M. Grant is focusing in retail, media advertising, printing and publishing, internet and commercial properties investment banking transactions.
He received his Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences from Changchun Normal University with a major in English. Master of Laws in Fudan University, Shanghai China. He is also a qualified lawyer with a China Bar License.
