Biography:
Harold is a knowledgeable veteran corporate banking executive with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Since joining Global Capital in 2000 he has completing numerous M&A advisory transactions involving divestitures, acquisitions and private placements with equity and debt instruments.
Harold specializes in working with middle market, basic industry companies throughout the US.
Prior to Global, Harold was the Senior Regional Market Manager for Key Corp Leverage Finance group in Western U.S. His role included working with private equity sponsors providing capital for leveraged M&A transactions. Prior to Key, he was with Bank of America (formerly Fleet Financial) and served in a variety of management roles.
Harold received his Bachelors degree from the University of Maine and his Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Rutgers University and holds both security licenses and real estate license.
