Biography:
Jim is now active in an asset management program in commercial properties in China. Jim performs transaction evaluation, investment analysis, due diligence work, and contracting for commercial properties. He has had successful experiences in acquisitions of commercial properties valued at over U.S. $30M in major cities in China including Xian and Changsa. Also, Jim managed M&A transactions in the China retail industry with successful M&A experiences in major retail acquisitions with Globalmart Limited (Shanghai). He has experience with the foreign investment regulations and law procedures of China.
Jim has a Bachelor from the People’s Public Security University in Beijing, China. He also has a Master of Law from Fudan University in Shanghai, China. He is a qualified lawyer with a China Bar License. |
