Biography:
Lynn has more than twelve years of M&A experience.
He formerly served as president of Business Publications, Inc.,
a national publisher of corporate finance texts, directories and
journals and sponsor of leveraged buyout seminars.
He
spent several years in private law practice where he focused upon
M&A, corporate finance and international joint ventures. Lynn has
served on the board of directors of numerous middle market companies.
His experience includes identifying, qualifying and acquiring target
companies in additions to a broad range of other merger and acquisition activities.
Lynn
received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from United
States International University and his J.D. degree from the University
of San Diego School of Law.
