Biography:
Michael Cohen brings significant experience initiating and completing major corporate transactions. Mr. Cohen led strategic acquisitions and divestitures for Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) and he made and monitored equity investments for Norwest Equity Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, and 3i Capital. Previously, he managed product development at General Electric and Kulicke & Soffa.
Mr. Cohen holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. Some of Mr. Cohen's prior transactions are shown below:
