Biography:
Patrick Finnerty brings to Global Capital Markets a variety of skills ranging from start up expertise, managing ongoing concerns, corporate cash management, investment banking and finance.
For the last twelve years Mr. Finnerty has focused on the Outsourced Business Service Sector. His area of expertise includes advertising agencies, direct marketing firms, direct mailers, printing companies (digital, laser and sheet fed), contact center operations, fulfillment companies, warehouse and logistics, market research firms, and all backend services from web development and integration to billing and payment processing, both online and off-line. He has established himself as a prominent advisor in this industry group.
Prior to joining the Global Capital team, Mr. Finnerty was with NewCap Partners in Los Angeles. At NewCap Partners he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and venture capital.
Before NewCap Partners Mr. Finnerty spent 12 years on Wall Street. He worked at Morgan Stanley, Drexel Burnham and Bear Stearns. At these Wall Street firms his duties included portfolio management, corporate cash management, debt and equity financing and investment banking. He worked with companies in a myriad of ways because of his varied experience and his ability to fulfill his client's needs.
Prior to entering into the financial world Mr. Finnerty built, managed and operated numerous businesses in the New York Metropolitan area. He specialized in the restaurant and construction fields.
Mr. Finnerty is a graduate of Hofstra University and a former member of the U.S. Army Special Forces. |
