Biography:
Seth Milstein has over 15 years of front-line experience in the defense and high-technology sectors. Prior to joining Global Capital Markets, he headed the Aerospace, Defense, and Homeland Security (A&D & HS) division at Pacific Ridge Capital. A combat veteran, he was a Liaison Officer from the First Marine Expeditionary Force to the 1st (UK) Armoured Division during the invasion of Iraq, for which he was decorated by the British government. An award-winning author on counterinsurgency and intelligence, he is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Marine Corps Reserve.

In the private sector, Mr. Milstein brings to bear expert field knowledge and direct experience to A&D & HS corporate finance and merger & acquisition projects, thereby achieving superior results for clients. . He is licensed by FINRA (formerly NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).

Mr. Milstein has a BS in Computer Science from McGill University and an MS in Business Administration from Boston University. He is a graduate of US Marine Corps Command and Staff College and the National Defense University Reserve Component National Security Course. Mr. Milstein is President of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Marine Corps Business Network.
