Cerebrum Sensor Technologies Inc. is an award-winning developer of the world’s most advanced Intelligent Tire Solutions, which include proprietary sensors, gateways, software and algorithms. The Company created the first commercially available, IoT-enabled solution capable of wirelessly monitoring and reporting real-time tire analytics including pressure, temperature, tread depth and load, among others. Cerebrum’s solutions are advanced relative to competitive alternatives, and they address a massive global market estimated at $18+ billion per annum.
Analysts believe the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (“TPMS”) market will be largely replaced by more advanced Intelligent Tire Solutions over the next few years. Cerebrum currently enjoys a first mover advantage with superior and proprietary technology. The Company is adding to and exploiting this market position as it develops commercial relationships with many of the world’s leading tire manufacturers.
The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
