George Logan brings to Global Capital a rich background in financial services. He is a highly regarded professional with over 25 years of experience in the Investment Banking industry at Global Capital Markets. He has provided Merger and Acquisition services for companies in the manufacturing, business and marketing services, aerospace and defense, healthcare, consumer/retail, and high technology industries. He is expert at raising equity capital and debt for growth and recapitalization opportunities in both the private and public markets. He has completed numerous multi-national corporate divestiture and acquisition transactions including Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Mexico, China and Canada.

George received his bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Certified Financial Planner degree from The College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He is a Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA licensed registered representative and holds a California real estate license. George is a Private Pilot and flies as a Command Pilot for Angel Flight West. He has a passion for mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, hunting, fishing, and all forms of water sports.
