In Vincent Monteparte’s storied career he worked as 1) an Investment Banker advising clients on a wide range of M&A and Corporate Finance matters, 2) an executive leader of corporate acquisitions and divestitures for major international public companies, and 3) as a senior operator / substantial shareholder in a successful company that went through a private equity sponsored divestiture from a UK public company followed by significant growth and then a sale to Boeing.

Vincent began his M&A career in investment banking, advising business owners on the sale of their companies while working for AvTech Solutions.  In this capacity, he focused on a diverse range of M&A activities, capital raising transactions, and government privatizations all the while helping shareholders and business founders build and realize significant shareholder value and liquidity in markets across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Vincent holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, from which he is a Distinguished Alumnus. He is series 79 licensed.
