With 25 years in the finance industry, Gia has diverse sector experience in investment lending and capital raising.

Prior to joining Global Capital Markets, Ms. Faith was the Vice President of Institutional Investments for a leading real estate syndication firm responsible for raising equity in the private and public capital markets ranging in category from high net worth individuals to Fortune 500 companies. She has held positions in raising equity capital, corporate finance, loan syndications, portfolio management, private placements with Bank of America with particular emphasis in software, technology, healthcare, banking and insurance companies.

Ms. Faith studied finance and economics at UCLA and received an MBA from San Diego State University. She holds a real estate broker's license in California as well as FINRA Series 7, 22 and 63 securities licenses.

She enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, and trekking in the rainforest.
