Lynn has more than 25 years of corporate finance and M&A experience.  His practice area focuses upon the development and execution of acquisition search programs in the middle market on behalf of private equity funds, corporations and family offices.  In addition to assisting buy-side clients in identifying, qualifying and acquiring targeted companies, his practice encompasses a range of merger and acquisition services.

Lynn formerly served as president of Business Publications, Inc., a national publisher of corporate finance texts, directories and periodicals.  This financial publisher also developed, sponsored and conducted corporate finance seminars targeting middle market business owners and their trusted advisers.

Lynn’s experience includes several years in private law practice where he focused upon M&A, corporate finance and international joint ventures. Lynn has served on the board of directors of numerous middle market companies. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from United States International University and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
